In parallel to the maneuvers of Russia and Belarus, Ukraine and NATO are holding exercises in Odessa to counter the threat from Russia in the Black Sea, said the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (SNBO)

"The exercises are conducted by the cabinet of ministers of Ukraine in cooperation with the NATO Center for Energy Security and the support of the US Higher Naval School within the framework of the NATO-Ukraine Platform, in order to share experiences in the fight against hybrid warfare, "said a SNBO statement. The exercises will run until September 17.
